During our Spring Concert: Championing the Work of Female Composers on Tuesday 24 March, the Eastbourne Concert Orchestra was delighted to support two remarkable local organisations – Wayfinder Woman and Our Neighbourhood.

Thanks to the generosity of our audience, we raised £300 in donations on the night. Our Chairman, Dr John Caroe, announced that each organisation would receive £150, reflecting the orchestra’s commitment to celebrating not only great music but also the community we’re proud to be part of.

Dr Caroe later presented each organisation with a cheque for £150.

Our Musical Director and Conductor, Simon Polton‑Gower, said: “It’s wonderful to be able to give back to two remarkable local organisations who do so much to support and strengthen our community.”
